Moderator: American who can write and speak Putonghua; or Chinese who can write and speak English.(能写及能说 普通话 的美国人; 或 能写及能说 英语 的中国人)


Star Moderator: a moderator that has got one nationally recognized non-mother-tongue foreign language certificate. For example, your mother tongue is American English and you got the Nationally Recognized Language Certificate in Putonghua, i.e. you can get a pass in the examination, "Putonghua ShuiPing CeShi"「国家语委普通话水平测试」; Or on the contrary, your mother tongue is Putonghua and you get a pass in internationally recognized English Certificate. An application is required if you want to be qualified as a star moderator, by emailing us your colour-scanned Language certificate and Identity card or passport.


Double Star Moderator: A Star Moderator with an additional language certificate in either his/her mother tongue or another foreign language.

Learner: You want to learn Putonghua, right? So, before you learn, contribute your mother tongue first! You contribute by posting your article (text + voice recording) in our platforms or other means as provided by this website. In this way, you can also be benefited by enjoying the contributions as provided by the English Learner.


Newbie to Putonghua: Try to listen to putonghua for at least 2 hours per day for at least 3 months and keep it as your daily habit -- UN-CONSCIOUSLY or consciously, NOT understand or understand, don't mind these and just try! --> Learn just like a baby coming to its new world knowing nothing.
